Middle Kentucky’s Career Center (WIOA) Office provides a broad array of services for Dislocated Workers, Adults, In-School Youth, Out of School Youth, Adults, and Employers.
Employer Services:
We assist employers in our area in finding and preparing workers to meet their needs by offering on the job trainings, work experience, internships, referrals and job fairs.
Job Seekers:
We assist individuals if:
- They have been laid off from their employer or had a reduction in hours.
- They are homemakers that need to gain employment due to a spouse being laid off from work.
- They are out of school youth and need assistance gaining employment.
- They are currently employed but are looking for employment that better suits their abilities and skills.
- They are unemployed and looking for employment.
Services:
- GED referrals, Short-Term Skill Trainings, Internships, Work Experience, Job Club, Workshops, Career Advising, Resume Building, Interviewing Skills, and Work from Home Opportunities.
Middle Kentucky serves adults, youth and dislocated workers who are economically disadvantaged, unemployed, dropouts and/or deficient.
