Middle Kentucky operates a Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program during the winter months. Those two programs are the Subsidy & Crisis components. Clients must be at or below 150% of the current Federal Poverty Income Guidelines. Eligible clients will receive assistance with their heating needs.
