Middle Kentucky is a non-profit organization that was incorporated in 1965. Established to provide and promote necessary services to low-income families in Eastern Kentucky in the counties of Breathitt, Lee, Owsley and Wolfe.
Middle Kentucky's mission is to eliminate barriers, empower individuals and families to achieve economic security through programs and services and by partnering with other service providers.
All Community Action Offices will be closed on Wednesday, May 17, 2023. Head Start, Transportation, and WIOA offices will be open.
